What happens when you call

1. We listen first. We ask a few simple questions: what happened, where it is, and whether the police or medical examiner have released the scene.
2. We set a time. We come out when you need us, including nights and weekends when it can’t wait.
3. We explain the plan. Before we start, we tell you what needs to be cleaned, removed and documented. You don’t have to stay while we work.
4. We clean and remove the biohazard. The crew wears protective gear, removes affected materials, cleans and disinfects the area, and disposes of the waste properly.
5. We put the room back. When the cleanup is done, we can handle odor, drying, flooring, drywall and other repairs, and clean belongings that were affected.
6. We walk through it with you. We go over the finished work and answer any questions.

Discretion and privacy

This is someone’s home and someone’s loss. We keep it quiet and respectful. We work calmly, keep the details to ourselves, and share information only with the people you approve, such as your insurance adjuster.

Insurance

Many homeowner policies may help with trauma and biohazard cleanup, depending on what happened and how the policy is written. We document the scene and our work with photos and notes for the claim, and we can talk with your adjuster. We can’t promise coverage, and every scene is different, so we talk through cost with you after we’ve seen it.
