Does insurance cover water, fire, or biohazard cleanup?
Often yes, depending on the policy and the cause. We document the job and work with your carrier. We cannot promise coverage on a call.
How fast can you get to Pulaski or Giles County?
We are based in Pulaski and are often on site in under an hour locally. That is a local claim, not a Nashville or Florence promise.
Do you only dry the house, or do you rebuild?
Both. Extraction and drying first, then pack-out and reconstruction when the structure is ready.
Do you only take insurance jobs?
No. We take insurance claims, cash jobs, and contents overflow from other restoration companies. Main focus is fire, water, and contents.
What is Esporta / contents cleaning?
Esporta is our in-house wash for smoke, sewage, and water-damaged clothes and soft goods. We also pack out, store, and restore furniture and hard goods. Start at the Contents page.
Will the crew treat a trauma scene discreetly?
Yes. We can keep a low profile on request and we handle the scene so the family does not have to.
Do you handle mold?
Yes, usually when it grew after a water problem. Free inspection inside Giles County. $150 inspection fee outside Giles.
