Mold is a moisture problem first

Mold almost always starts with water: a slow leak, a damp crawl space, a basement that never fully dried. JCC Restoration finds the moisture, removes the mold the right way, and dries things out so it stays gone. We work in homes and businesses across Middle Tennessee and North Alabama from our home base in Pulaski.

Mold estimates are $150, refunded if we do the remediation.

That visit gets you a straight answer: where the mold is, what’s feeding it, how far it has spread, and what it will take to fix. If you hire us for the remediation, you get the $150 back.

How we handle mold

• Inspection and moisture mapping to find the source
• Containment and HEPA air filtration so spores stay put
• Removal of contaminated materials and cleaning of what stays
• Drying and humidity control so it doesn’t come back

Mold on your belongings

When mold grows in a room, it can get onto what’s in the room, too. We go through your things item by item and tell you honestly what can be cleaned and what should be replaced.

• Furniture: solid wood and hard surfaces can often be cleaned. Upholstered pieces and mattresses with growth inside them are usually replaced.
• Clothes and soft goods: many fabrics clean up well in our in-house Esporta wash system. Heavily stained or damaged pieces may not.
• Documents and photos: some can be cleaned and dried. Important papers get photographed either way.

Each call is made one item at a time, and we write it down so you have a clear record for insurance.
