JCC is a fire-and-water restoration company with a real contents operation — not a side note. We run Esporta cleaning, pack-out, storage, and contents restoration from Pulaski. Insurance jobs, cash jobs, and overflow for other restoration companies that need a contents partner.
Contents pack-out, step by step
- Inventory and photos. Before anything moves, we photograph your belongings room by room and build an inventory, so you and your adjuster know what we took and what shape it was in.
- Careful packing. Our crew wraps and boxes items by room with clear labels, and gives fragile and sentimental pieces extra care.
- Move to cleaning. We move everything out of the damaged house so repairs can start and your things are safe in secure storage.
- Cleaning and restoration. We clean smoke, soot, water and odor from everything that can be saved. Clothes and soft goods go through our in-house Esporta system. Anything that can’t be restored goes on a documented list for your claim.
- Pack-back. When the house is ready, we bring your belongings back home, room by room.
What we can often save
- Electronics: TVs, computers, game systems and small appliances, cleaned of soot and residue when it’s safe to do so.
- Clothes and soft goods: clothing, bedding, curtains and stuffed animals, washed in our Esporta system.
- Documents and photos: papers, albums and framed pictures, handled gently, cleaned where possible and photographed for your records.
- Furniture: wood, metal and many upholstered pieces, cleaned and deodorized.
- Art and keepsakes: heirlooms, collections, décor and one-of-a-kind pieces, cleaned by hand with extra care.
Not everything can be saved. When something can’t be, we tell you plainly and document it for your claim.
