Stop the source if you can. Flip the breaker if water hit outlets. Do not run the HVAC through a soaked house. Then call us. We dispatch.
What we do on site
We map moisture so we are not guessing. We extract standing water. We set air movers and dehumidifiers. We keep checking readings until the structure is actually dry, not just the surface.
If furniture, clothes, or textiles are in the way, we pack them out. Contents can go through our Esporta wash and sit in storage until the house is ready. That is a separate step from drying the building. See contents.
When to call
Burst pipe. Supply line. Storm water in the house. Sewage backup. If you can smell it or see it, call. Do not wait for it to “air out.”
